Get started in four easy steps

STEP 1

Create your account

Download the Dayforce Wallet app¹ from the App Store or Google Play.  
  1. Sign up
  2. Verify your email account and mobile number
  3. Answer the security questions

STEP 2

Connect to Dayforce

You’ll need an active Dayforce account to register for Dayforce Wallet. There are two ways to connect Dayforce Wallet to your Dayforce account.

OPTION 1

Dayforce Mobile App
In the Dayforce Wallet app, select Connect to your Dayforce Account.



If you also have the Dayforce Mobile app, you'll be redirected there to sign in. You'll then be taken back to the Dayforce Wallet app to complete your registration.





OPTION 2

Dayforce on the web
  1. Log in to Dayforce on your work computer.
  2. Select Profile then Settings. Under Apps, navigate to Link Dayforce Wallet Account.
  3. Enter your email address and select Get Quick Connect Code. 
  4. Open the Dayforce Wallet app, select Connect to Your Dayforce Account, and enter the code that was provided. 

STEP 3

Activate your card

To activate your Dayforce Wallet Prepaid Mastercard® card and retrieve your PIN, call:  

1-888-999-6824 

STEP 4

Add funds

There are two ways you can add funds to your account. 

OPTION 1

On-demand pay
You can add pay directly to your Dayforce Wallet Card, anytime, anywhere.² Here's how:
  1. Open Dayforce Wallet and select Add Pay to Card.
  2. Enter the amount of available earned pay, then select Add Pay and confirm the amount.

OPTION 2

Direct deposit
Get your pay deposited automatically right to your Dayforce Wallet Card each pay period. Here's how:
  1. Open Dayforce Mobile, select My Profile.
  2. Select Edit, then Edit Direct Deposit.
  3. Select Add Account, then select Dayforce Card.
  4. Enter the amount of pay you want added to your Dayforce Wallet Card each pay period.

You will need the Dayforce Mobile app and an account to set up direct deposit.

Direct deposit

Get your pay deposited automatically right to your Dayforce Wallet Card each pay period. Here's how:

  1. Log on to Dayforce Web, select Profile and Settings.
  2. Navigate to Forms, then select Direct Deposit
  3. Select Add Account, then select Dayforce Card
  4. Choose the amount of pay you want to add to your Dayforce Wallet Card each pay period.
 

You will need to have a Dayforce account in order to set up direct deposit.

How is pay added to my Dayforce Card?

You can add your pay to your Dayforce Card in one of two ways:

1. Many employers offer their employees on-demand pay, which means you can add your available pay to your card at any time, without having to wait until your standard payday. Not all companies using Dayforce Wallet offer on-demand pay, so ask your employer if you’re not sure. More information about on-demand pay can be found below.

2. You can also have your pay automatically deposited to your Dayforce Card each pay period by setting your card account up for direct deposit. You can have some or all of your paycheque added to your Dayforce Card even if you also use the on-demand pay feature. Click here to learn more about setting up direct deposit to your Dayforce Card.

What does it cost? Are there any fees?

There are no balance minimums, monthly fees, or fees to add your available pay to your card. Consult the Cardholder Agreement and Fee Schedule for a complete list of fees that do apply

How is available pay calculated?

Available pay is the net amount of your wages available to you. This number will grow larger as you complete shifts, and it will shrink as your employer processes your regular paycheck.

How can I use my Dayforce Wallet Card?

You can use your card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You can use your card to make online and in-store purchases, to pay bills, and to withdraw cash.  

Who can use Dayforce Wallet?

Dayforce Wallet is available to companies that use the Dayforce platform, Dayforce, for HCM/payroll in Canada, United Kingdom and the United States. Not all Dayforce customers have signed up for Dayforce Wallet, so ask your employer if you’re not sure. You must be 18 years or older to register for Dayforce Wallet.
